It's being a while since my last post. Being having issues with my laptop. But it's fixed now . I apologise for the break. Promise to publish often.

So today we will look at traits, skills and characteristics of an entrepreneur. This traits are latent qualities found in an individual. Starting your own business offers numerous advantages which includes making money while doing something you enjoy, being your own boss and managing your own time. But being successful requires thorough planning, creativity and hard work.

Here is a list of skills and characteristics associated with successful entrepreneurs:

Independent: An entrepreneur takes most of the decisions associated with their work. If you trust your instincts or judgement and not afraid of rejection, then you are on your way to being a successful entrepreneur.

A risks takers: Business is all about taking risks and one experience challenges from time to time. Since you as an entrepreneur have to take the tough decisions. You have to be ready for uncertainties in business. If you enjoy the thrills of taking calculated risks, then your in the right track to being an entrepreneur.

Creative: creativity can be learned, so don't be scared. You should be able to think of new ideas, think of new ways of doing thinks, news ways of solving problems and have insight on how to take advantage of new opportunities. You must be able to think creatively.

Able to negotiate: Having good skills in negotiation will enable you save cost and run a smoother business.

Persuasive: If you are not able to persuade customers, lenders, employees on an idea or fact, you might find entrepreneurship challenging. You should know how to engage people, make public speeches, make convincing facts to succeed.
